Keynote @Synopsys, March 8, 2021 - Video

I was invited to keynote at Synopsys on International Women’s Day 2021 with the theme #chooseToChallenge. I talked about my journey, why Thrive-WiSE exists and some workplace environment issues. I, also, shared stories of so many women in the workforce, especially, during the pandemic. And how women and our male allies can start focusing on what they can do to make things better. Additionally, I had some suggestions for company leadership to start looking at addressing the issues.
